  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Maharashtra: 2–5 business days
  • Other States in India: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message containing tracking details.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided,
  • Recipient unavailable,
  • Refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Sancha Products is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
